What exactly is it?
A printed card with a photo of your team. Point a phone at it and the photo comes alive — your team waves and delivers the greeting.
Does the client need an app?
No. They scan a QR code with the camera and open a normal web page. It works on most phones from recent years.
What do we need to prepare?
A short phone video: 20–40 seconds of greetings from your team. We can help with the idea if you need.
How much does it cost?
Programming PLN 500 net per project plus printing at transparent prices — from 10 cards. The price per card is shown in the calculator.
How long does it take?
Once we have the film and your approval, printing takes a few working days. For Christmas, order in November.
Only for Christmas?
Christmas and New Year are the most popular, but the same card works as a thank-you for a client, an anniversary or a welcome for a new partner.

Usually, yes — it is the first frame of the same film. If the card shows your team, that exact image starts to move once launched: people wave, talk or sing. It is not an ordinary card with a separate video next to it.
No. The recipient scans the QR code and opens a web page. The page asks for camera permission. Pointed at the card, it recognises the image and plays the film right on top of the printed frame. A compatible phone and internet connection are needed.
Yes. Place the phone steadily, ideally horizontally, in a bright spot in the office. Start with a still shot, like for a photo, then say your greetings. A professional camera or studio is not necessary. An extra microphone helps; we can also record the voice separately.
Linking one supplied film to one card design, preparing the launch and testing it. It is a one-off fee per project, not a per-card surcharge. Availability period and analytics are agreed before launch. Printing and extra work are separate items.
For the idea and concept: we will come up with what should happen on your card and advise how to film it. It does not automatically include editing, a film shoot, AI film production or printing — those are quoted separately.
Wish together, say one sentence each, sing a carol, dress up or thank clients from the office. Another option is animating or styling your team with AI. The examples on this site are AI visualisations of ideas, not real client recordings.
Runvido allows campaign analytics, including plays, watch time and available reach information. We can add a button linking to your website or offer. Reporting scope, campaign period and privacy rules are confirmed before launch. Plays are not the same as the number of people.
Yes. You can order programming only for PLN 500 net. Before printing we agree the final frame, format and start code. After approval, please do not change the artwork without consulting us, so phones keep recognising it.
Envelopes are not included. Bulk delivery to one address in Poland is calculated instantly in the configurator. Delivery abroad or straight to many recipients, envelopes and extra work are quoted separately.
Launch date, availability period and later changes are agreed for each order. Before printing you approve the frame and test it. Enter your expected delivery date in the form — we will confirm production availability.
